We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and previews of our products. However, colors, fonts, formatting, and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, printer settings, software, and other factors outside of our control.
We do not warrant that the appearance, quality, printing result, or use of any product purchased from Printables by Kirsten will meet your expectations exactly as displayed on our website.
All product descriptions, prices, availability, and product details are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Section 3: Orders
When you place an order through Printables by Kirsten, you are making an offer to purchase. Printables by Kirsten reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our sole discretion.
Your order is not accepted until payment has been received and processed, and we have confirmed acceptance of your order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. Due to the digital nature of our products, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been completed or delivered.

Section 5: Digital Delivery
Printables by Kirsten sells digital products. No physical product will be shipped unless clearly stated in the product description.
After purchase, digital products are typically delivered through download links, customer account access, email delivery, or another digital delivery method provided through our store.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download and save your purchased files in a timely manner.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect email addresses, customer device problems, internet connection issues, software incompatibility, printer settings, or failure to download files after purchase.

Due to the digital nature of all products sold by Printables by Kirsten, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted.

Section 7: Product Licenses and Usage Rights
All products purchased from Printables by Kirsten are subject to the license terms included with the specific product purchased.
Unless a product description or included license clearly states otherwise, purchasing a product does not give you ownership of the copyright, trademark, artwork, design, or intellectual property contained in the product.
You may not share, distribute, give away, upload, post, resell, or transfer the original files unless the specific product license clearly allows it.
For PLR, commercial use, editable, semi exclusive, or other licensed products, you are responsible for reading and following the specific license terms included with that product.
You may not claim Printables by Kirsten products, files, graphics, templates, or resources as your own original work unless the specific license clearly grants that right.
You may not use our products in any unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing manner.
Section 8: Intellectual Property
The Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, business names, text, displays, images, graphics, product previews, videos, audio, designs, downloads, files, templates, and the arrangement thereof, are owned by Printables by Kirsten, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services and purchased products only according to the applicable product license.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, share, resell, or exploit any material from the Services unless expressly permitted by the applicable product license or by prior written consent from Printables by Kirsten.
Printables by Kirsten’s names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or branding of Printables by Kirsten or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission from Printables by Kirsten.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Printables by Kirsten.

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services. We do not monitor, control, or have input over these third party tools.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Printables by Kirsten, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Printables by Kirsten.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printables by Kirsten, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, Shopify, and Shopify’s affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services.
This limitation applies whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Printables by Kirsten, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:

- Your misuse, resale, distribution, sharing, or unauthorized use of any product purchased from Printables by Kirsten.

These Terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Printables by Kirsten.
